Welcome to our outpatient occupational therapy clinic, where your health and well-being are our top priorities. We’re proud to be in-network with Medicare, meaning we bill Medicare directly for covered medically referred services, making it simple and straightforward for our Medicare clients to receive the care they need.

 

 

For in person clinic visits, out of pocket/self-pay clients, we provide a 60% discount. Costs are as noted below. 
 
$75 ($188 normal price) for Initial Evaluation- 45 min (First visit or Re-valuation)
 
 
$55 ($138 Normal price) per treatment visit- 30 minute sessions
