If you have Private Insurance, our payment process is a bit different, but still designed to make things as easy as possible. Clients pay for their session in full at the time of their visit, and we provide a detailed receipt, known as a "Superbill". This Superbill contains all the information you need to submit a claim to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, from the insurance company to you.
Depending on your coverage, the reimbursement you may receive from your insurance company, for each therapy visit, may vary. We recommend calling your insurance company ahead of your appointment, to make sure you understand the rate that they will re-imburse you for each visit. We are unable to call them for you since we currently do not bill private insurance directly, but this flexible model allows us to provide the highest quality, personalized care. Our goal is to focus on supporting your path to recovery with warmth, respect, and expert care—because you deserve nothing less.
